My mother's visit was on November 9th 2023. I wanted to thank Carla for being nice and compassionate to the man, I think his name was Mr Contreras he walked in after walking to the wrong place he had a little grocery cart with him he explained to the rude girl that he couldn't read or write and Carla went the extra mile to fill out his paperwork. Your job is at an Eye place would it ever dawn on you that he can't see or has difficulty with his vision being he's there to see an optometrist. Be nice, it could be you or a family member in that same situation

Dr. Stephan Cambell has been a family eye Dr. For many years. He is highly qualified and caring .

Competent, attentive to detail, and good technical communicators. A little over-the-top with pretending to be your ol' buddy, a tad cringe, but whatever. They were very thorough, seem reasonably organized and efficient, and frankly could charge a bit more if they wanted to. It's great having an optometrist in central SA that's not another 3rd-world cattle-chute!

Arrived at 9:45 for a 10 AM appointment… At 11 AM I was still waiting and all the people that were in the waiting room before me had not come out… so disrespectful for the patients time so I canceled everything and have no plans of ever returning…

Great attention to detail. They explain thoroughly and treat with respect and dignity. Highly recommend the eye doctors. It's also very affordable.
