Visited this office 3 years ago after a bad experience at a different location and their warm welcomes and great attitudes are what keeps me coming back! (Cori, Alexis, Yvonne) These ladies in particular have been with me through a lot of ups and downs with my smile and makes me feel most comfortable. I love this office

I had a horrible experience here and will not be returning. The doctor spent no more than 30 seconds with me. She asked if I was in pain, but didn't even bother to physically examine my teeth. She simply looked at the X-ray, told me I had a large cavity, and said that she will give me some referrals, and left. On top of the lack of care, they refused to honor a coupon they had mailed to me. While the coupon wasn't the biggest issue because I understand , but it added to the overall bad experience.

This was my first visit to Shanefield Smiles and it was a great experience. The office was clean and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly while keeping me updated throughout the visit. The dentist gave an honest assessment, answered my questions clearly, and scheduling my follow up was quick and easy.

The staff was AMAZING. Yvonne helped me out because it was an emergency appointment. Dr. Thai did an excellent job on my root canal. Didn’t feel a thing!!! Made me feel comfortable during the whole time!!!

Definitely recommend this place if you need a routine cleaning or extraction. Dentist took 2 months to personally call me to tell me she couldn’t finish treatment plan due to being inexperienced. Billing department took forever to communicate with my insurance as well. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.
