DR.SHERBERT is the most amazing human ever. She repaired my dogs knee and acl tear, my dogs in a great recovery, everyone is very nice I know my dog was very well taken care of! I got several updates to post op of my dogs surgery. My dog is a inbreed and has had many skin issues and dr. Shebert gave me solutions of what we can do, instead of a no information that I have gotten from other vets. Your dog or pet is in very good hands!

Best Veterinary clinic I have ever been to! Same day or urgent care appointments are extremely affordable. The staff is very friendly, the doctors are very knowledgeable and they have saved; in my belief, my senior dog's life multiple times. As a major plus, they have an indoor pet park! I thank them all and I encourage you to choose this clinic for your veterinary needs!

I posted this review a year ago but it disappeared, so I am reposting it with an update at the end: We’ve been bringing our pets here for a couple years. For the most part everyone has been friendly, but we’ve run into some serious problems this past year. The main issue seems to be that there is no consistency of care, as appointments are scheduled with whichever vet happens to be available. This wouldn’t be a huge deal except it’s also become extremely apparent that no one on staff reads the notes about prior visits. Every time we have to answer basic questions like our pet has never been there before, even if we were just in a couple weeks or days earlier. My fiancé was even asked today if we have other pets at home by a doctor who saw two of them simultaneously just a couple months ag

Many of our pets have been treated here. They always get us in. They take great care of our first babies. This Christmas we had to put out 16 year old Handsome boy to sleep. He was the best kitty ever. They treated him and us so good thri out the process. My heart felt like it was breaking and they allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye. Today I picked up his ashes that were in a beautiful box all labeled with his name, but also received his death certificate, a lock of his hair, an imprint of his paw. It was totally unexpected.

All the doctors and staff take such good care of our family. I say family because it's not just about treating our fur babies, but also keeping us very informed on their care and also calming our nerves and making sure that we are satisfied with the care they are getting from Shadowridge.
