I’ve been going to Shackleford Family Eye Care for years, and they’ve always made me feel so welcomed. Every visit I’ve had, I’ve been greeted with smiles and kindness—never once have I felt uncomfortable or nervous about being treated badly. This most recent appointment was my first time going as an adult by myself, and I was honestly pretty nervous. But just like always, everyone was so kind and made me feel at ease. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I would definitely recommend them, especially to younger people who struggle with anxiety or are scared to set up their own appointments. They make the whole experience easy and comforting. I am 65 and have been going to eye doctors my entire life. Dr. Van is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had by far. He is super patient and very kind. I would bring anyone young or old to this doctor. And… The front desk was efficient and kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The nurses and Dr. Van were really nice, as well as fast. Highly recommend them!

Dr Seng was extremely professional!!! Her receptionist was friendly and she was able to fit us in on a busy day. Dr. Seng was efficient and she was able to identify my daughter’s eye condition and check her vision simultaneously. I definitely will return and highly recommend!!!!
