I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire SGMC team for the compassion, patience, and genuine care you showed my father and our family. From the moment we arrived, you ensured that my father was comfortable, safe, and treated with dignity. Not once did you turn your backs on us or make us feel judged, instead, you listened, supported us, and stood beside us during a very difficult time. You have truly been a blessing to our family. I could not have asked for a better hospital or more caring staff, and I will forever be thankful for each of you and your unwavering commitment to your patients and their families. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

Came to the ER early AM in extreme pain. Was taken back immediately and nurses started helping me. Got a CT scan, etc. got meds on board and left with prescriptions and overall feeling much better. In and out in an hour and a half. Would recommend, was helped quickly and efficiently.

I came in on December 19th with chest pains. I was processed in immediately and given the best care that they had available. They arranged to have me transported to the hospital of my choice and thanks to them, I am home and doing great!

Went to Berrien County campus. Friday night 12/6/2025 for an ankle and foot injury. Everyone from registration, nursing (Mia Hall) radiology tech, forgot her name, nurse ( Register) don't know her first name and P.A ( Kelly) was very professional, compassionate, helpful and nice. Thank you and please keep up the GREAT customer service. However went back on 12/11/25 Thursday day time to get xrays. Very different treatment from registration, and xray. Radiology tech older lady argued I was there for xrays for my foot, ankle .. Not wrist. I repeated xray of wrist was an old order. Xrays for ankle was why I was there. She said so you don't need wrist xrays? NO.. ankle. So you did not get wrist xrays? NO.... Very sour attitude! Repeated this 3 x. The girl at registration, very short, whe

I had my mammogram at SGMC Health Berrien Campus and was very pleased with the care I received. I usually have this procedure in Valdosta however, the Berrien campus was convenient for me this year. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. The process was quick and smooth — excellent service from start to finish!
