SGMC Family Medicine Nashville

This was my first visit to be established as a patient in this practice. From the receptionist to the NP, service was phenomenal. The nurse was super sweet and made me feel comfortable being there. She discussed everything that would happen and always kept a smile on her face. The NP Leigh was extremely thorough and attentive with my initial visit and put a plan into action with some issues I’d been having medically. She also went above & beyond and made sure whatever medications she ordered, my insurance would cover. They also had on-site phlebotomy so I didn’t have to go anywhere else to have labs drawn. My overall experience was exceptional and I’m so impressed with my new PCP office.

The staff were very professional and accommodating during my visit. They all explained and ask if I understood each area of care. I recommend this facility and staff to anyone in need of primary care physician and medical care. The facility is very nice and reflects South Georgia Health environment. Thank you Leigh, Toni and Melissa for making this one of the nicest medical visits I have every experience with all my needs being met. Thank you!

Moved from a different SGMC clinic in Valdosta because the bedside manner was not good; neither with the lab tech, nor with the doctor I was seeing. Happy to be at an office where patient care/ bedside manned seems to be at the forefront of the practice. All of the ladies I met with, from the front desk, to the tech, to NP Henley, was kind, courteous, and helpful. I was made to feel comfortable and like all bases were covered during my appointment. Not a long wait either. Thank you Tawny, Stacey and Leigh! Glad to have found a new practice that’s closer to home and fits the bill.

Everyone is very nice here and they take good care of their patients. They listen to your needs and concerns and if you need to be referred to a specialist, they get it done in a hurry. Dr. Henley and staff are the best.
