Dogwood Pharmacy

Very friendly staff. Usually fast in and out . Never have a problem getting answers to all of my questions. Fast and easy refills always lets me know when it's the last refill so I can call the doctor for another prescription. Thank you dogwood pharmacy for being there for my family.

Does not own up to their mistakes and called me a liar for bringing it to their attention. The need to be more attentive to what they’re doing because their choices can affect someone’s life. 10/10 Don’t recommend:)

I’m not quite sure what has happened to this pharmacy. I’m thinking about switching to a different one because of how rude 3 people were that I spoke to today. I’m not sure what’s going on with Alissa I think , Amy, and Holly but I sure do hope they have a better day, there’s no use In having an attitude and hanging up the phone on me.They need to count on a calendar like I did. I’m very disappointed in them I have never had a bad experience with them but today really really upset me to the point of I don’t want to go back there.

There is ONE particular young girl that is NEVER friendly. I always go to drive through. Everytime she's there, she'll come to the window without saying a word. She just glares at as if you're not supposed to be there. She NEVER smiles. When taking things from me she'll snatch or shove my medication at me. Still not saying a word. I have tolerated her BAD attitude for the last time. All other employees I do not have a problem with.

I had a prescription for one pill that I needed to take with me to eye surgery that I was having that day. I took my prescription to Walgreens they told me they could not fill a prescription with one pill in a 24-hour time. I felt like this was ridiculous! So I took my prescription to this pharmacy and they had it filled within 10 minutes. Kind of makes me want to move all the rest of my prescriptions here!
