Excellent group of people and I absolutely adore my doctor. She is an amazing practitioner. Well worth the concierge fee. I can contact her 24 hours a day seven days a week with any concerns or any needs and she will take care of it. At first, I was gonna set off about the fee myself, but it’s well worth it in order to have level of service that is provided. The practice was criticized by another Google guide, however, I disagree fully. Me personally enjoy not having the riffraff and a bunch of screaming children and chaos in the office waiting room like going to your regular local family care provider that accepts all insurances and requires no co-pays. It does help keep some of the people out which I have no problem with it all personally. It is an environment that is quiet and friendly,

Dr Garcia is one of best Doctors I've have been to. She takes her time to listen to you. My wife and I just love her.

I called to make an appt with Dr. Eliane Arata. I did my research and saw that she had great reviews. I reached a friendly receptionist by phone. I was told at the time that Dr. Arata was not accepting new patients that this time. I was disappointed but I asked if any other female doctors was accepting new patients? I was told there was 2 doctors HOWEVER I would need to be apart of the their concierge program. I inquired what that was and found out that I would have to pay $1800 out of pocket to the practice. In exchange for my $1800 I would receive longer appt. times, the doctors cell phone number, a longer physical and a few other amenities. I have good insurance but this fee is not covered by insurance. This sounded insane to me. I first thought she was kidding but then I realized she w

I see Dr. Katz and Elaine Crain and don't have enough superlatives to describe the care that they provide. Highly recommend this practice!!! *****
