I would recommend Dr. Karen A. Norman & Associates for optometry services. The scheduling and check in processes were user friendly. The entire staff was cordial and welcoming. Dr. Jaclyn Coyner examined me on 9/4/22. She listened to my concerns and treated me with utmost respect. She was confident in her ability to address my needs. Even the staff that were on the floor were warm and courteous. This business has a great environment which in turn leads to a great experience.

My husband and I both had appointments at the same time. We saw Dr. Corner. She was the best eye dr. That we have ever seen. Her staff was super friendly and efficient. They navigated our tricky insurance effortlessly and told us exactly what was covered. All of our questions were explained well and patiently. The stellar service was extended on the retail side as well. Best eye experience we have ever had, we would give 10 stars if would could!!!

Dr. Karen A. Norman and her staff are one of a kind. I lost my glasses and needed a replacement and they made a same day appointment to get me some contacts that I could wear immediately afterwards. They were kind and courteous as well as extremely detail oriented and efficient. I will definitely be back!

Everyone was friendly and professional. I was so pleased with the Doctor. She was so friendly and actually took the time to explain when glasses are actually needed. She also helped me discover that I didn't even need the glasses I was prescribed a few years ago. My vision was blury on the test she gave me with my glasses and normal without. I had a hunch I was prescribed them and didn't actually need them. I would highly recommend this place. I also want to add that the wait to be seen was not long at all.

One thing I noticed during my visit was the staff was so personable and helpful, making me feel very welcome and comfortable. This was a perfect visit from start to finish. I recommend this practice and I will definitely continue getting my eye care from this Lenscrafters.
