The providers at Baycove are always kind, efficient, professional, highly skilled, and very dedicated to a positive patient experience. I am often a bit anxious about dental procedures, and they are so gentle and patient with me. I also love that I never wait long for my appointments and am seen right away. Great experience!

first time here - I had a great experience. I moved over because my prior dentist, while doing a great job, was always booked, anytime I had to make a change to my cleaning schedule, the reschedule was 4-6 months out. With BayCover I called and has an apt in weeks not months. I had the apt today, came in, didn't wait long, and had a great experience. The technician was very personable and explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. Highly recommend.

I love this office. Everyone from the front desk to the dental hygienist, and the dentist are all amazing. The office is always clean. One thing I must mention is in the past they used to have glade plug-ins in the wall, that always made me feel sick. I feel that medical offices should never have strong scents in the office because it can trigger migraines in people. I’m happy to report that the glade plug ins were gone yesterday and I left the office feeling great. No migraine. This is huge for me.

I have been a patient here for over five years! It is always a good experience and I never feel pressured to get work done, it is always presented as optional! Dr. Benderson has a great bedside manner and he and his staff have a friendly and courteous disposition.
