First Medical Associates-Severna Park

I had a great experience with the team and my PA was phenomenal. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and professional, which made me feel welcome. The AP was thorough in examining me, going step by step and making sure that I understood what she was doing, and why she asked the questions that she did. She was patient and took time to ask me thoughtful questions. She would check her notes, and would ask me for more details and / or clarifications if she wanted to know more about what I told her about my condition. Her caring attitude made me feel heard. I left

I had an excellent initial appointment at First Medical Associates in October with PA Ashley Myatt. She was thorough, professional, and ordered blood work with instructions to follow up. Unfortunately, every attempt to schedule that follow-up was handled extremely unprofessionally. My first follow-up appointment was canceled 10 minutes before the visit after I had already left work and arrived. The second time, I arrived to a locked office with no staff answering the phone. The third appointment was canceled because the provider had left the practice. The fourth time, I again arrived to a locked door and waited 35 minutes before receiving a call from the receptionist saying she had been at lunch. After four failed attempts and multiple instances of taking time off work, I cannot recommend

Both, Ashley Myatt PA-C and Janiah Lambert PA-C are incredible! I feel listened to and understood. They really take their time to address any and all concerns! I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!
