Karla and Dara were fabulous, compassionate with the attention to detail in my X-rays and cleaning. Dr. Moncada was top notch in explaining all facets of my oral health and treatment plan going forward. He was amazing. I am extremely happy with my decision to move to this practice.

I’ve been going here for about 3 or 4 years now and I always have a great experience. The staff is kind and friendly. If I have questions about anything or need something explained, they go above and beyond providing me with help, resources, and information needed. My teeth always looks great after every cleaning, and any other visits I’m there for, they’re sure to provide me step by step instructions on what do next.

My very first time at SPDC was yesterday and I have to say, I was very happy with my experience! Their friendly staff helped me fill out my digital information on an iPad which took less than 10 minutes. It wasn't long before I had X-rays done and met Dr. Moncada, who was professional, friendly and informative about my dental needs. I look forward to my new dental family here!

I am very disappointed with this dental office’s billing practices and lack of communication. We were seen in June and months later I began receiving repeated bills for $500. I contacted my insurance company multiple times, and they confirmed they had not received any claim from the office for those services. During this time, I called the office repeatedly, left multiple messages, and was assured the billing department would call me back. No one ever did. I even paid $50 to prevent my account from being marked delinquent while trying to sort out the issue. Despite this, I continued to receive additional $500 bills, including around Thanksgiving and again in December. After more follow-up, the office finally submitted the claim on December 22. My insurance company has now paid the claim

I was on a tight schedule. The hygienist called in the dentist early in the appointment so that I did not have to wait at the end. She then moved to expeditiously clean my teeth. She did a great job. She discussed the few issues identified and provided guidance on how to address. She was thorough and kind.
