This Ascension Seton ER is run very professionally where the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They examined me and ran proper tests on me to determine my condition. They made me feel very comfortable and apologized for any waiting but no concern for me.

Absolute nightmare when it comes to the financial side of things. You can do everything they ask of you and their financial assistance thing is all a facade. For the record, in case you're wondering, I sent the financial assistance application about eight times, every time certified mail. How many times did I get a reply? Zero. How many times did they harass me mercilessly about my bill? Lost count. They did send me to collections however, when I wasn't able to afford a payment that was supposedly temporary until they could process my financial assistance application, which they never replied to... Seton has gotten to be a very big company and so this is no longer about patient care but about trying to present the image of that in their advertising and every once in awhile providing ju

LOVE our Doctor that uses this place. But nothing to eat or drink while waiting for a proceedure? All vending machines were broken. Even the coffee machine was broken. Of course no one knows anything. It didn't make me feel confident about their emergency room equipment.

This was the Best emergency care I have ever went to and staying there for three nights I was taken care of so well and being a vegetarian the chef and his assistant came in to introduce themselves and they made me veggie burgers and gave me a great breakfast and nurses/cas/house keeping were impeccable! I really hope I don’t have to ever go again but I will definitely go to this hospital and I will bring my children there if anything happens to us!

My wife was very sick, no food or liquids for days they took such wonderful care fghlher. Doctors and nurses are so kind and caring.
