I had a reverse shoulder replacement by Dr Joseph Cohn yesterday 2./12. Dr Joe is a compassionate man and excellent surgeon. I was also cared by an RN named Terri (night shift). I did not get her last name but I want your hospital admin to know that she is an asset to your staff. My name is John Pedersen and I was staying in room 234. Terry really cares for her patients and wants them to feel safe and secure. I just loved her. Thanks for the great service.

Health care in the area is lacking humanity. We checked in with my mother in quite a lot of pain at about 2030 on a Monday evening. It seemed moderately busy, not bad. It took quite some time to be triaged. Mind you, she had recently had surgery and had been told that if she were to have problems X,Y,Z to come in. So here we are. The triage nurse seemed to be burned out. The NP took the matter a bit more seriously. Back to the waiting area. We waited for about 4 more hours to see the ultrasound tech. During that time: they lost people, took a "roll call" by calling everyone's name (!). The other patrons barfed, bled and sneezed/coughed everywhere(not their fault), and no one cleaned or sanitized any of this area. I did observe one housekeeping staff member come to empty trash. Corrected Review for Seton Hospital & Dr. Ahuja I had my endoscopy at Seton Hospital. My original report time was 1:30 PM, but the next day they called me and changed it to 12 PM. I really needed to see a Gastroenterologist because my stomach has been hurting so much. Then, around 6:30 AM, they called me again and asked if I could report at 7 AM. I told them I could be there at 7:30 because I needed to shower, and they were very understanding. Even though the schedule changed, I was actually very happy because I needed this procedure as soon as possible. I understand that sometimes diabetic patients need to go first, so schedules can shift. Everything still went smoothly. Dr. Ahuja is amazing. My infant daughter and I were evaluated in the ER. During this visit, no vital signs or complete nursing assessment were performed on my daughter during intake or triage. Intake staff obtained only my vitals, despite my daughter being the pediatric patient of concern. In triage, I was instructed not to remove her from the stroller. Her socks were never removed, and no oxygen saturation, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, or blood pressure were obtained. A nurse practitioner later performed a limited exam consisting only of abdominal palpation. Upon discharge, I received medical documentation stating that my daughter’s vital signs had been obtained, which is factually inaccurate. These vital signs were never performed prior to discharge, representing falsified or inaccurate medica

In January 2025, I found my mother unresponsive and called 911 immediately. They rushed her to Seton hospital because I felt led to go with them. I'm glad I chose you guys. My mother had a number of life threatening issues. She was in ICU for a couple of days and then moved upstairs for recovery which took about a week. The ICU staff was wonderful. They had compassion and gave me detailed information concerning my mother. I was truly grateful. During her recovery, I came across many great nurses and doctors that constantly checked on her until she was transferred to the killeen rehabilitation center. She recovered but suffered from chronic pain. In September, I had brought her to the er because she was in so much pain. Once again, your staff impressed me with professionalism and support
