Serenity Place Assisted Living and Memory Care

If I can lower the stars I would , overworked employees , facility is cleaned just to eye perfection , administrator fails to do her job and lets good help go to cover her mistakes , nurses are always late so medicine isn't given on time as directed , employees are working 16+ hours due to short staffing issues , administrator has employees who aren't qualified in the correct positions to do the jobs, has sick people still come in to work even if it's a health risk to residents, administrator also has other workers do her job and threatens cops instead of communicating and the list goes on! Your families deserve better have a better chance elsewhere! 0/10 I don't recommend

My mother has resided here since June. First in assisted living building and later moved into the memory care building. Staff are very caring of the all residents. Due to a smaller setting, staff seem able to get to know the residents and their particular needs/likes/dislikes. The place is always kept clean inside and outside.

The staff are excellent to work with at Serenity. The Nurses are always kind and helpful and really have a love for the patients. I been involved with other Assisted Living Facilities but none who give better care than Serenity. I highly recommend...

My Mother recently became a Resident at Serenity Place Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility in Ft. Payne, Alabama. I cannot say enough positive things about this assisted living facility! They have been wonderful. So helpful in moving and making the transition to a new home for my mother, who is 95 years old. Angie Tate, administrator was absolutely wonderful and supportive and helping us make the move for our mother and to make it a seamless and joyful experience. The staff work tirelessly to help you in every way. Mr. Tate is the maintenance and building Manager and he was absolutely wonderful in helping us hang pictures and installed new air conditioning unit, helped us move in and was extremely helpful in every way possible!
