Fort Payne Urgent Care

Today (2/9/26) was my 1st to FP Urgent Care. The staff was friendly and caring. NP Luis was very knowledgeable and professional, and he explained the Rx's that were called in for me. I was in and out in 30 min, including x-rays, swabs and shots. Being a retired ER RN, I was very impressed and I highly recommend them!

I took my son to Fort Payne Urgent Care as we had a scare with RSV. Dr. Luis was phenomenal. He listened to my concerns and took me seriously. He was very considerate and took great care of my son so that we could avoid an ER trip. This will be our go-to urgent care!

My husband, that is in between Chemo treatments, was in need of additional fluids. I drove him to Ft Payne Urgent Care to see if I could get help. He received a IV fluids in no time.The wait time was minimal and the care was top notch! I highly recommend this place!

I fell sick in excruciating pain while traveling back home to Louisiana and found this urgent care close to the interstate. I was in tears when I arrived and they saw me right away. I was scared because I was traveling alone and didn’t know how I was going to make it home and couldn’t think straight due to the pain I was in. I was treated for a potential kidney stone and within 45 minutes I was smiling with gratitude and walking out the door. I made it home safely that day. Dr. Luiz is amazing and his staff is top notch. I highly recommend!!!

I went to them per my daughter's recommendation. I walked in filled out the paperwork, was seen quickly. The doctor and staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I tested positive for flu A and the doctor went over my options for medicines possible time frame of recovery and the cost, then asked which option I wanted to do. This was Thursday and by Friday evening my fever and headache were gone and this morning I ready for a normal day. Yay! The office is very nice and clean as well.
