The staff here is top of the line. They go out of their way to be as pleasant and helpful as they can, given the sometimes crazy contraints of health care. Mckayla and Lynn are the kindest and most helpful people I have dealt with at a pharmacy. I think we ALL can agree that when you are sick and not feeling well the last thing you need is someone who treats you like you are bothering them. Thank you ladies for being so kind and helpful!

One of the employees here is so rude and incompetent. We’ve had the same insurance for years and we were told our card was “expired.” We spoke to HR and Cigna and were told our cards were active and never “expire.” When a representative from Cigna spoke to the woman she said because the company was independent their computer didn’t recognize our insurance. She never told us that. If she had we wouldn’t have spent hours trying to resolve the issue. We’ve had all our prescriptions for over 5 years filled there and at the one on the south end of town with no problems. We will never use the north end because of this lady’s rudeness and incompetence.

I have used this pharmacy since they opened many years ago. Extremely friendly and helpful. Good prices.

Best pharmacy in the Fort Payne area. I love Lynn. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help. The entire staff is great.

Rude for absolutely no reason! Almost every time we go there which is once a month the girls at the window are so rude and short and never even smile at u or anything. After today we have decided to go somewhere else.
