Seiden Dental Excellence

Poor customer service by Susan. Speaks to customers as if she owns the practice. Over charges, no explanation with bills sent. Sends bills for appointments you cancelled.

Long story short, unethical dentist/medical office who will have you see an "out-of-network dentist" without telling you. We visited for the first time at the end of the summer last year due to reviews I read and made an appointment to see Dr. Seiden. Go to our appointments, they aren't with him, they are with someone else, no reason given, okay, still was a decent visit. Fast forward to October, and we start receiving calls from Jill, their accounting/billing person stating that our insurance mailed us a check and that we are to "immediately" bring it to the office for them. No reason why, just that our insurance was the one to incorrectly bill the whole thing. I told her we never received a check but once we did, we would bring it in. Weeks passed and still we never received yet Jill now

Doctor Seiden is by far the best dentist! I have confidence in all dental procedures he performs. His compassion and pain free dentistry are just a small part of what makes his such a wonderful dentist. He is professional and truly caring. Not only do I see doctor Seiden, my husband and my children are his patients as well. I would not trust anyone but Dr. Seiden to care for my families oral hygiene.

Took my kids to Dr. Seiden's office everyone was very nice and helpful, The hygienist was extremely nice, professional and gentle. My kids love her. Dr. Seiden did my kids exam he was warm and friendly my kids can't wait to go back. As for the front desk, the girls were the best and very knowledgeable with insurance questions. What a wonderful experience it was. Thank you Dr. Seiden and staff. Happy mom.

Dr. Seiden and his staff are top notch! I had a lot of work done. The procedures were quick and painless and the results are amazing! My teeth have never looked so good! I'd also like to add that the office was spotless and there was no waiting for my appointment. I highly recommend this office!
