Used to like this place. Not anymore. They've introduced a high-pressure "chairside close" — pricing paperwork waved in your face mid-appointment before the cleaning is even done. They flagged 5mm+ gum pocketing, which I understand is a real finding. But there's a right way and a wrong way to have that conversation, and ambushing a patient in the chair mid-cleaning is the wrong way. What concerns me even more: the deep cleaning was to be performed by the hygienist — not a periodontist, not even the dentist. Scaling and root planing for significant periodontal disease should be handled by a specialist who does this every day. Leaving it to a hygienist as an in-office upsell is not the standard of care I'd expect, and the risk of damage to gum tissue and bone is real. A responsible practice

I went for a cleaning. I really like the hygienist I had. She wasn't pushy and telling me I'm not cleaning enough etc, which in my opinion puts you off the dentist. But, was really nice and made it clear at the same time.

Have been going to dental 365 for years and decided to update my review ( still positive but more detailed.) Located in a newly renovated and large parking lot this location has friendly, prompt staff who are thorough and all take great care in making sure you leave happy, smiling with bright clean teeth. They work with most insurances and if they don’t they provide discounts on cleanings and other services. So many dental 365s on the island so if this location doesn’t provide a service they will direct you to one who does.

Needed immediate care and they took care of me right away. Anthony at the front desk was fantastic, Dr. Syed was also really great! The office was very clean and the setting was very comfortable. very kind and wonderful staff. highly recommend. Thank you!

The office is nice and clean. The front desk staff is so sweet and friendly and I definitely felt welcomed. My hygienist did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. As per the dentist, she seemed like a smart dentist. But one thing I have to say is, I felt very rushed and i didn’t get enough explanations regarding my issues. I went there because i thought I had a filling that came out and I was missing a crown. I was told that the tooth next to my tooth that was missing a filling needed to be fixed also because the crown cracked and also had slight cavity. Usually the other dentist I went to will go through my x-rays and review the images before they set up a plan. I was just told what needed to be done, but I was still a bit confused. Lots of the reviews stated that this dentist I
