As a first-time patient with a broken tooth emergency, I was very nervous, but this entire office made me feel completely cared for. Gabriela, who handles pricing, was kind and clear, making the unexpected visit stress-free. Dr. Linda was amazing, so skilled, calm, and compassionate, with truly excellent bedside manners. The dental assistants were also wonderful, making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Angela, the dental hygienist, gave me the best deep cleaning I’ve ever had! She was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Her care and professionalism really stood out—highly recommend! If I could of given 0 stars I would. Back in July 2025, both my daughter and I went for the first time there for a cleaning, checkup and X-Rays. They told us they accepted our insurance 100%, so we made two appointments. Now, 6 months later, they are changing us a $25 copayment. With our insurance company, we are not supposed to get charged for this type of service. When I called the office to ask why there was a copayment, they said that our company pays too little and they need to make up the amount with a copayment. Not once was this explained to us and back in 2025, we were never charged. Now, our company is out of network. I truly believe, that they just wanted us to get in there, and then start charging. They basically lied to us in 2025, because the manager said that we had a balan

I had a great experience at this facility. All of the staff were amazing and made you feel comfortable and at ease. I felt at home and I would absolutely recommend Island Dental Associates of Levittown to anyone looking for exceptional care and make you feeling more positive when you leave the office. Yen was great and had a good sense of humor. Gabby was so amazing at what she does and you know you are being put in the right hands when she is handling financial options. Linda was an exceptional dentist making me feel at ease and comfortable.

Everyone is super nice and non judgmental. My flipper looks identical to my teeth. Any mistakes were immediately made apparent and were corrected. The office actual cares about their patients. I have a terrible phobia and this facility makes me comfortable. Thank you !
