Bracetown Orthodontics/Invisalign center

Went to Bracetown and was stuck with them for too long. Be very careful when you sign up as you will be stuck with them for quite some time. The front desk woman named Beth is extremely rude and aggressive. She has absolutely no empathy for anyone. The rest of the staff is lovely but you will have to deal with her often. Bracetown should know better. I don’t recommend just because of her. She behaves this way in front of children.

This place is excellent! It's clean, comfy, and very well kept. The staff is absolutely wonderful, from the front desk to the exam room. They are kind, patient, and knowledgeable - which makes the process of orthodontic treatment so much better. My daughter is having some pretty extensive orthodontic work done (pallet expander and braces) and we are seeing some major improvements! I highly recommended BraceTown in Levittown if you or your children need any orthodontic treatment.

I have a great experience every time I have my appointment at Bracetown. From the receptionist, to the assistants, they are all professional, kind, and attentive. Thank you to Dr. Zolnowski, from the beginning, to the middle, and the rest of my treatment with Invisalign. My smile, teeth, and my confidence transformed. I have no worries and trust his expertise. His treatment is exceptional! I feel at ease, well treated, and know that I am under the best of care. Bracetown orthodontist at Levittown is truly a treasure find! GET A SECOND OPINION, they ended my treatment early even though I was not content with my smile. The dentist told me I would need to get composite bonding to get a perfect smile. I got a second opinion from another orthodontist and they told me I needed to stay in treatment a little longer. Safe to say I will not come back especially because of how rude the lady at the front desk named Beth. Please take my advice and get a second opinion before coming here AND on top of that they respond to their reviews telling you to email someone else and they never respond. Definitely should look into braces elsewhere
