I needed a dry place to sit , because I was on wait list for emergency vet so, I came across the center. They were very polite and I got to get dry and have a cup of coffee. Very nice drop in and I was told they have a food bank definitely comes in handy right now but you have to Google for times. But drop in is open from 9:30 to 5:00 !

It's open Mon-Fri, serving breakfast and lunch. Coffee is always fresh and strong, restrooms available, couple computers available for job searching. Atmosphere is laid back. Gentleman working at the desk is very respectful, security is on site. Lockers available for personal belongings. Telephone available for use.

Im not sure what's going on but its the biggest health crisis ive ever seen. This location by china town has people hanging out, doing drugs on the property and on the stairs leading down onto dearborn. How can this place be a shelter and allow this on the property! I will be contacting other places to try to resolve this crisis.

Good people with great intentions. They serve the non-native community as well. This place will not come up in most searches, but it is a resource for the homeless and anyone in need.

Staff was helpful and nice if short handed. Place was clean and carried a pretty peaceful vibe uncommon in most of this places. Never got the feeling anyone thought of themselves as better then I either👍
