Seattle Children's North Clinic in Everett

From walking through the door, to being in our room, to xrays & being discharged everything went very smooth All employees were kind and knowledgeable. Our 10 year old had a double wrist fracture and was treated well the entire visit. Got a cast and had all questions answered and she felt comfortable with everyone. The visit lasted under an hour total. Thank you childrens for the easy experience

Brought kid here for xray, the nurse who measured vitals said she’ll place an order for xray in the system, but after 1 hour waiting, we were told there’s no xray order placed until we asked another nurse. After we got bill, we mailed billing and first agent told billing starts from the time vital measurements start, but second agent told billing is not impacted even we waited 1 hour without anything progressed!! What a mess, they can’t really explain how they calculate their bill. If there’s a negative score, I would not give it 1 star.

I brought my kid to visit this clinic, and took the blood test on July 28th 2025, it has already 3 weeks, no one calls me to tell me the result or any information. I called couple times to office and leave messages, still nothing happened. No call back. I don't know what I can do now. I feel that they don't care about your child at all.

Visiting this hospital is waste of your time and energy. Most of the time I have visited for my son we always got to see a nurse practitioner and not a doctor. And they have a pathetic payment system you pay to the provider separate and to the facility separate. They are simply minting money. I would highly recommend you check before the appointment, who is the provider a doctor or a nurse practitioner. When I visit recently we were seen by the nurse practitioner who was way too confused with all the symptoms my son was having and she simply spent time searching on computer what the diagnosis should be based on the symptoms, that day I decided not to come to this place again. If I can diagnose my son by simply googling on web why pay them if the nurse is doing the same thing.

I feel so blessed that my daughter receives her medical care from such caring people at Seattle Children’s. Always a good experience. And Free parking:)
