The Administrator is rude and seems to think that because she says "thank you" before hanging up in your face that it's still considered professional. This is troubling because she is considered the leadership at this facility. No matter the nature of the call, there's a respect owed to Every member of the public that calls a service oriented establishment. Being that the leadership at this facility doesn't understand this, the most Simple of concepts, I most certainly would not recommend entrusting the health or well being of yourself or a loved one to this place. If I could give zero stars I would have. Avoid this place.
