Script Choice Pharmacy

I love Script Choice Pharmacy as I never took any medicine before, and they helped me navigate my insurance coverage plus now they are helping me manage my transition to Medicare part D. Great people and good personal customer service. Highly recommend!

I went to this pharmacy for the first time not too long ago and they were wonderful to me. The owner and staff were kind and compassionate. I can't tell you how much I appreciated it cause some are not so nice especially when it comes to questions about medications. They explained the directions very thoroughly so I understood it all. I will absolutely be a customer in the future! Best pharmacy in Temple Terrace for sure!

Came in to fill my perception , the lady at the counter told me they have my medication but would not fill it because I don’t come every month to get it filled. First off Im a paying customer how does a business turn away paying customers? Have never been treated in such a way that makes you feel like you’re not wanted. This is very unprofessional behavior. I am a manager at a flooring store and I would never treat a customer in such a manner. If a customer is paying for a service or a product why turn them away, especially when I filled there before. Paying Customers is what keep your business's open. Would not recommend this place not customer friendly very poor customer service.

It was a pleasure working with script choice pharmacy and providing the best customer experience to our clients ! I personally fill my kids medications there and still receive 5 star service! They always have my meds on point and ask if i need refills on meds one by one!
