FOI Orthopaedic Urgent Care

There was barely any wait time. Front desk staff were professional and polite. Clean bright environment. We were in and out within an hour. I was extremely pleased as I to am a healthcare worker and am aware of wait times and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff.

Florida Ortho is a wonderful practice, and I’m a patient, but the Urgent Care was not as helpful as an ED would have been. I had a fall causing three joint injuries, one on a knee that had been replaced. They said they would only treat one joint. After a lot of push back one kind PA evaluated the three joints (though no X-rays for the wrist) but it took alot of pressure from me. Unless you have one simple injury, an ED is more efficient

It was a pleasant experience. They were very quick, efficient and very professional and caring. Will most definitely go back, and will be sure to let others know.

WASTE OF TIME & MONEY! $350 for the dr's assistant (never saw a dr) to say it's a neck issue and that nothing will help except for physical therapy. My arm is going numb and he says "it's not urgent". I need immediate relief of any type so I can sleep (having not slept a solid night in 3 weeks) and he offered nothing. Front desk staff was nice and they got me back quickly, but was not helpful in resolving my shoulder & arm pain. They should be ashamed for charging $350 just to tell you that they can't do anything for you.

I arrived at 8am and was seen, immediately. They listened to my concerns and created a plan to get me back on track. Great place!
