Salhab Specialty Pharmacy

What's going on at this place? Got a call, they left a voicemail and it sounded like a mess in the background. The person left a phone number I couldn't understand because she was joking and laughing with someone. Thankfully, I had the number to call from a flyer from my dermatologist. I gave them a call and a lady picked up. I explained why I called and then she asked me something that I could not understand at all. After explaining I couldn't understand, she gave an exasperated sigh and hung up on me! Unbelievable

As someone else said, I also did not get my prescription delivered. Horrible customer service and zero helpful support. Called and the rude rep refused to followup by calling ups about the failure to deliver. Do not rely on them for anything you need that is important. I asked for it to be resent and they said I would have to pay another fee. Outrageous. It is not my responsibility to deliver, It is Salhab's.I will be reporting the failure to my Dr, and suggest never using this pharmacy. They know how to take your $ and leave you hanging afterwards. update: adding back 2 stars, as I just spoke to someone who finally agreed to refill the lost medication. Fingers crossed.

I was referred by my dermatologist to use this pharmacy…def one star rated. Takes them 2 days to give you a call back & when they do they are very unprofessional. They were supposed to call me days prior to collect payment for a prescription to be mailed, no call, so I called them, they called back 2 DAYS LATER? When the lady finally called, it was 6pm…so late in the day, she was smacking food and just chatting it up with her co worker when I answered the phone, I thought it was a prank call at first. This place is a joke and I won’t be using them in the future. Good luck all 😂 Edit: they finally filled my prescription, 1 week and 3 days after my DERM appointment…thanks…I guess, looking at the reviews I’ll be surprised if I get even the prescription. $45 down the drain I suppose.

I am literally using my boyfriends phone to do this because I would not be surprised if they would give me worse service if they saw my review… but this place is awful. The ONLY reason I use this place is cause my derm told me they are the only specialty pharmacy that can do my meds. some months they are ok but most the service is terrible. People who answer can sometimes be rude show me old old info from years ago and every single time I order delivery I call several times to make them send me something. every time I send an electronic prescription from my doc they act like they don’t have it and I call back and forth with my doctor until someone semi competent answers and realizes they already have it. The communication is god awful and the people seem to have no hierarchy of informatio

Horrible service from this pharmacy. Dermatologist sent prescription and this pharmacy filled and shipped via their own delivery service. Never arrived, but delivery company stated they show a GPS coordinated from their vehicle that it was delivered. I provided full camera verification that nothing was delivered the day in question. The delivery companies policy is for driver to take a picture which they could not produce. I have waited for 4 weeks on a claim that the pharmacy is stating they are standing with the delivery service and if I want my prescription I now have to pay for it again. Horrible answer from pharmacy even when there is no proof of delivery.
