Elaine is simply excellent, I assume you are doing everything possible to keep her. Tasha equally excels, she is knowledgeable, proficient and most helpful. The staff is great, however, I have a serious concern with the practice "nickel and diming" patients. I've been a patient for 25 years and over the past few years the practice has implemented poor customer service, especially for us long-term reliable patience... $10 per visit for "covid", 3% for credit card payments, "paying upfront " now, etc., never with any prior notice. The practice treats us as if we were derelict customers and ignorant patience.

Everyone in the office is so pleasant and greets you with a smile from the moment you walk in. The customer service is truly excellent, and the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed throughout your visit. My dental hygienist, Elaine, is the absolute best! She is gentle, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. She always makes the experience a positive one. Highly recommend Advanced Dental Care of Temple Terrace!

I've been going here for a very long time and have had pretty good experiences for the most part. Recently they started to force you to have an add on procedure that is not covered by insurance if you are under periodontal maintenance. The flush is $29 a quadrant and they won't see you if refuse the gum flush. I'm not sure how this can be legal as my MD can't make me take a vaccine I don't want.

Dr. Noerenberg has been the most pleasant surprise after the departure of my long-time dentist. He is skillful, compassionate, and has really made an effort to address my complicated health situations. I have been recommending him and Dr. Nolan to everyone!

I wish I could leave a review on the corporate office but I guess I'll have to do it here. I was treated with such disrepect and pettieness when I called with an issue with my bill. My insuarance decided not to pay for a specific part of my visit. Instead of calling me to inform me about my new balance the corporate office decided to "send me letters". Which I NEVER recieved. The lady I spoke to on the phone even admitted the last statement they "sent" was returned to sender. But she was so adimit I was in the wrong she still claimed it was my fault. When they didn't email, call, or text me about my balance. Instead they turned me over to a collections agency that added a bunch of fees to my balance. So from my perspective I go to the dentist in MAY, and pay my balance right then and there
