Scott Brian Burstyn

Dr. Burstyn is good but office staff doesn’t answer the phone and they don’t know how to submit insurance information to get correct information for coverage. They want to argue that something isn’t covered and I have to get the insurance company to contact them to process claims correctly on several occasions. Visit was in May and finding out in July they(after several calls)are not covering orthotics. So another round of insurance calls to their office to get this straightened out. Will be looking for another podiatrist when this nightmare is over.
