School of Nursing

As an alumni of The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing, I have to say that this school is so special! The faculty are absolutely incredible, and I'm so proud to have acquired my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from this institution. UT's School of Nursing has undergone some great renovations since my graduation, adding to the pleasure of getting to come back & visit! The building is always quite clean, well-kept. There is security present at the front, so there is always a friendly face to greet you when you walk into the building, too! UT's SoN is fantastic! :-) If you're considering joining this school as a part of your journey to nursing, I absolutely recommend it! Hook ‘em! :-)

Absolutely the best education I ever received when graduating in 1973 on a platform of the bio psycho, social aspects of health and illness UT Austin. It was so far ahead of its time and I need to speak with you guys. Please get in touch with me because what I am experiencing now is terrifying. It is terrifying and I would love to speak with the folks there about. I’m sure some folks will remember me, but We’ve got to get nursing education back on track so we can get medical education etc. back on track but I do want to interface with you because nobody came close to preparing me the way that you all did as much as I did not understand it at the time, but we need to discuss it now. Recently, I was helping a friend who was interested in the program. We spent a day searching for schools and wanted additional information about this one. Today we decided to call the school to speak with someone for further explanation to our questions. After communicating with three separate individuals, we were transferred directly to an advisor named Tracey. As soon as we stated our interest in the program and our question, we were interrupted abruptly with the question of “did you go to the website” as if an individual who was curious about a perspective program would not have already done so. How would we have the number? How would we have any previous knowledge of this program without doing so? From my very brief conversation we got the clear idea of what type of institution this is
