I would do zero if I could! I hate that Teamsters went with this company. It’s issue after issue. No one knows what in the world is going on when you call them with issues. I have had them tell me my Drs are no longer practicing on more than one occasion. They charged me for meds that they didn’t even have or could get. Every month it is no PA on file and can’t process. This has been for all of my meds. They only ship out cold pack meds twice a month and if any of those shipping dates are full you have to wait. Shame on Teamsters for switching to this horrible service

Do know that I was required to give this company a star just so that I could leave my review. This company is awful. If you have any other option to go with for a pharmacy go with the other option. I have been fighting with them for months about getting my injectable, and they refuse to allow my retail pharmacy to fill it. Yet, they won't mail it out when I need it. They won't set up an automatic refill. They don't communicate with each other whatsoever so there is no point in them telling you they left notes and are going to figure this out because the next time you talk to them you start all over again. They say they leave messages or will call you back and then there are no voicemails or call backs. I would like to see one of these people that are making these decisions in this company

The strategy seems to be deny, delay and kick the can down the road as much as they possibly can on claims. I'm extremely disappointed the IBEW/NECA went with this pharmacy benefit manager. If you're lucky enough to get your appeal approved, they require you to use their mail order pharmacy (even when your plan doesn't). This whole process has been a confused headache thus far and I feel bad for truly sick people who are trying to navigate this. Like another reviewer said....if the service/access is this bad now...what the experience going to be when you need life saving meds and can't get them because of the practices of this company? I'm not sure who what they're doing is legal but here we are....

Spoke to Tabitha over the phone today. Sav-Rx had texted me to say there was a problem with my credit card. I tried to log into my account and there was a problem with my email too! So after trying 5 different emails, 5 different passwords (and I haven't even solved the credit card issue yet) I started searching for the phone # for Sav-Rx on the text. None. What about previous texts? Nadal. Nothing. Zilch. Next stop- Google. By the time I got to Tabitha, customer service, I was hot and blood boiling (thank God this wasn't for heart medicine! Can you say LAWSUIT?!!) Tabitha immediately dialed me down by listening to the fact I just wanted to respond to THEIR text! Sheesh. Company is an absolut joke. I wish local22 would drop them. I can't get my type2 meds on time and it don't matter when I call a week before or 2 weeks before they act like this injection is an opioid the BS I had to go thru to even get it was complete BS. Nobody behind a desk should be telling a doctor what they need to give a patient first before they go to the medication they want them on completely wrong, the doctor knows me and my symptoms not some half wit behind a desk pushing buttons. Not looking forward to the future when I need Insulin, my life will be in there hands and there won't be a dam thing I can do about it, absolute thrash Prescription service
