We had no idea where to go for my husband's hearing loss and took a chance with Professional Hearing Center. What a great place and great experience! Receptionist was as nice as could be. My husband saw Lori who explained everything perfectly. We're waiting on hearing aids and anticipate an awesome experience with those as well. SO happy with this place!
Went for a hearing test, anticipating to get hearing aids. Was surprised when I was told I only had minor hearing loss & didn’t need any. They were very helpful, professional and explained everything. Definitely would recommend them. Thank you
It was necessary to change my appointment and it was really easy to get another more convenient appointment. When I arrived my wait time was less than two minutes. My questions were answered, my hearing aids were cleaned, and adjusted. This is a great place!
The customer service and knowledge shared was excellent. No pressure…just great information and complete answers!
The visit was great, super friendly. An attentive 2 hours of testing. But yielded nothing. No answers. Nothing that I didn't already know. Sadly my vertigo still exists, is steadily getting worse, and now I have a huge out of pocket bill to top it off.
