I've been coming here for 10 yrs. I guess that makes me an experienced patient with the staff, PA's and Dr's. Dr Raikar has to be one of the most personable doctors I've ever known. He listens and he really cares about his patients. There's been a few times with staff that I was not happy, but things always work out in the end. No office is perfect

At times the wait is long, but Dr Raiker always takes time to listen and discuss the best path to be take to manage my pain. Dr Raiker and his staff are caring, supportive and professional.

I gave 2 because I love Dr Raikar he is always professional courteous, his staff is attentive and prompt. The reason that this is not 5 stars is due to the extremely rude and condescending treatment that I received at the Fremont office. My husband has been a patient almost 3 years at the Omaha clinic and this is the first time we have had a less than experience. That employee should not be customer facing ever and could use some refresher in people skills and HIPAA which was also violated by her disclosing publicly private information. I will be following up with office staff management. People go to drs office to get care not chastised or embarrassed

I have been seeing Dr. Raikar for about 5 years and he is amazing. He has done several injections and a fusion. All the staff are so friendly and efficient. Midwest anesthesia and pain management is the best place to go for help with your pain management

Wait times can be atrocious, been there 2 hours multiple times, to see the doc for only, like, 10 minutes, maybe. That's my main gripe. Staff is great, they just need more of them, or something
