Walgreens Pharmacy

Since the Valley Pharmacy closed a few years ago. Walgreens has been taking care of my prescription needs. The staff is efficient, friendly to help on the phone or in person. And in the drive thru! Keep up the great work!

Pleasant and fairly quick service when I have dealt with them.

Scheduling vaccination appointments and filling out the consent form online is pointless. I had a scheduled appointment, completed the consent online, and arrived a couple of minutes before my scheduled time. There were 2 other people there completing their paperwork when I arrived. The other 2 people were called in to receive their vaccines before I was -- neither had an appointment. I left after waiting a full 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment, without a vaccine, as I had to get back to work. I received my vaccine the next day at a competitor, and had a really good experience!! I won't be going to Walgreens again for a vaccine.

Terrible pharmacy. They rarely have the insurance info correct which delays your prescription. Or they lie and tell you that your Dr. did not send in the prescription. You call your Dr. and they say they called it in the day before. And no one should ever have to wait a 1/2 in the drive-thru line to pick up their prescription. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy.

On Thurs 9/1, late in the day, a script was sent from my Physicians office too Walgreens in Fremont. The Pharmacist told me that she would have to speak too the Physician before she could fill it due to potential side effects. (Toradal/Prednisone.) I phoned the Dr.s after hours service, tried to explain the call and he said, “I can’t help you “ and he HUNG UP! I AM THANKFUL THAT THE PROFESSIONAL PHARMACIST WAS LOOKING OUT FOR MY BEST INTEREST WHEN THE PHYSICIAN DID NOT!
