I’ve been going here for years and finally decided it’s time for a new practice. I never see Dr Schwartz anymore. And the front desk ladies are the rudest out of any office I’ve ever been to. I tried for two weeks to get my OWN records. Came down there and signed paperwork and was told it would be sent same day. I called twice after that to confirm. Finally the other office it needed to be faxed to called them and they said “let me guess is this for Ashley Borrero” with an attitude. Why should I be jumping through hoops for my OWN records and then getting an attitude when they aren’t doing their job? Horrible office, never coming back

This practice does not communicate with their patients. I was given a medication for 6 months and was not told that they would need me to have a follow up appointment before they could renew it and then told me it was my fault that the prescription was not renewed. I was also told at one point that the doctor would call me about test results and was never contacted.

I am not a fan of this office. I went here twice about a year ago and had bad experiences with PAs both times. They were very cold, rude, and made me feel like I was an annoyance. I have never met Dr. Schwartz herself, but based on my experiences thus far, I’ve decided to go with a different practice.

This is my 2nd bad review. I called the office about 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment for a problem I was concerned about. The receptionist wouldn't make the appointment. She said she would get the report and have Dr Schwartz call me back that day. As usual with that office they never called back. Is that how you treat your patients? Not ever going back. Looking for a new doctor that cares and returns phone calls.

DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY!!!! First time moms beware!!!!! Everyone in this office sucks, it's sad that I have to say that but there's honestly no better way to put it. The reception ladies are all nasty. It's like they couldn't care less to help people get answers. I have been going here since I was a young adult and I never had a good experience. My feelings were always dismissed and never answered. Fast forward now I'm pregnant with my first child and I thought to give Dr Schwartz another chance. I went to my first appointment at 8 weeks and only a sonogram was performed. No urine test, no bloodwork, nothing but a sono with one of the techs. I never even saw Dr Schwartz even though I asked!!
