Terrible communication wit front desk worker and manager. They refused to see me because I wasn't able to be billed. I was never told that I couldn't be billed and explained that I have a monthly payment for my medical bills. She wouldn't let me speak to anyone to explain the situation. Just wanted me to reschedule after waiting over a month to get t hat appointment

The first thing I noticed was how clean and fresh smelling the office was. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly front desk person. Dr. Patel was calming and reassuring. I feel extremely optimistic that he will be able to help me with my over ten year issue. He was very thorough and took the time to really explain things to me and rule out possibilities and explain our next steps. Highly recommend.

Dr Patel came highly recommended for his knowledge in the field. I am sure he is a fine doctor. The staff needs some work. The first number I called at the Babylon office was a recording saying they were not taking calls. I called the Brentwood office who told me that number is not in use. I spoke to Naomi who set my appointment. I asked what I could expect to pay for my first visit. She took my insurance information and told me I had no copay. I again told her I have a high deductible plan. She insisted I have no copay. I understand how insurance works so I insisted I have a cost associated with the visit.
