My appointment at Ear Works went very well. I was there to pick up new hearing aids (my previous pair had reached the end of their life span). Dr. Williams was professional and quite personable. She answered all my questions and demonstrated concern that the new aids would meet my needs and that I would be happy with how they fit. The receptionist was very pleasant! Then, I met Dr. Williams and she was just as pleasant. She is very knowledgeable and communicates well. The office was immaculate. I was in & out & have another appointment booked in under 25 minutes.
