My wife and I have been getting our prescription glasses from Dr. Landrio for years. She's not inexpensive, but we've always been happy with the service... ...until today. We bought eyeglasses from her just over a year or so ago and for some reason, the tint that I had added onto mine started chipping off. I brought them back there today and asked them if they could repair the problem and was told, "Well, we need to schedule you to have your eyes checked again because you're ONE MONTH past your deadline of one year." I said, "I don't need a new script, I can see fine with the one I have. I just need to know why this happened and what can be done to fix the problem." "Well, you must have scratched them." I said, "NEVER! They go from my face to my end table when I go to bed at night

Dr. Landrio is a truly special doctor. She is thorough, kind & caring. She takes as much time as necessary to help her patient in a very individualized insightful manner. Best experience I've ever had with an optometrist.

I have been seeing Dr. Landrio for several years now and even though I am no longer living near the office, I still travel to see her! She is super thorough with exams, has a great bedside manner and makes sure that you are happy with your contacts or glasses before you go. Once I had an issue with my insurance, which usually results in major headaches, but the front desk staff was completely understanding and helped me to fix the problem. Great experience and I would highly recommend this office to anybody looking for a new eye doctor.

Dr. Landrio is the best eye doctor around. She is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. I have been going to her for over 10 years and I wouldn't trust anybody else with my eyes. Her team is also very friendly and accommodating when it comes to making an appointment.

I honestly don't know where to begin. Dr. Lori Landrio is the BEST Eye Doctor I've ever seen. She is so Sweet, Kind and Patent. The staff was really kind as well. I didn't feel rushed what so ever and I felt immediately comfortable with everyone. Such a positive environment. Its hard to come across medical offices and say that it was overall a pleasant experience. I'm definitely recommending her to Friends and Family.
