Dr Johnson was 40 minutes late for her 1st appointment of the day. Excuse was “traffic “. Some advice: Customers pay the bills and they need to be treated with respect. Getting past that, service was otherwise great, esp from the staff.

Nina is a rock star. She made everything easy and determined my prescription quickly and perfectly. She was also very patient in teaching me how to put in and take out contact lenses. Dr. Johnson is kind and thorough - explains everything well. Elizabeth the Optician was also helpful and patient with choosing frames. Thank you!
