She came in with a long list of medical issues, and from the very first day, the staff treated her with the highest level of professionalism, compassion, and respect. Excellent care/..nurses /nursing assistants/ supervisors very 😊happy to help..call bells are answered promptly…also supplies are plentiful..administration is easily accessible for any questions/concerns..answered in a reasonable time..as a retired nurse I have a definite advantage to see a nursing facility with a experienced eye..would recommend this facility!oh forgot a shoutout to my wonderful physical therapy team!! I am a resident at the nursing home across from the hospital on Brown street The building was overrun and dated. sometime Last year Sapphire Care and Rehab took over. They have gone all in fixing up the place inside and out. everything is new and modern. We're now in the 21st century
