Susan Rubin is a breath of fresh air in the medical field. Not only is she medically knowledgeable but her caring personality gives you feeling she really cares about her patients, because she does. This place is a disgrace. I had an appointment at the Broadheadsville location and was contacted a week prior and told my appointment was cancelled cause the Dr would be taking off. If I wanted to reschedule he would be 2-3 weeks out. Or I could relocated for an earlier appointment at 3:15pm. I confirmed multiple times before getting off the phone....3:15. Day of appointment arrive at 3:11 and I am told "your appointment was at 3pm and he can no longer take you, he leaves at a certain time of the day". I had a 3:15! Talk about first impression. What a complete waste of my time. Clearly unorganized/hostile environment. Stay away.

Dr. Buller is thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely patient! Thank you for not only following through in a dexterous and seamless manner, but also for your patience and care with my Dad! The entire procedure from start to finish was smooth and professional. Dr. Buller and his staff including all of the nurses and staff that assisted were extremely organized, thorough and caring.

I was referred here by my primary care, big mistake. I found out my insurance was a tier 2 here also after a few visits and some tests and evaluations still no treat ment plan . After doc William saw my evaluations he proceeds to refer me to doc S. Still no treatment plan . I went today to doc S, he ask if I would Like to try and injections, I said yes , he said let me check your insurance, and we should be back, the joke was they as an office decided to do a pre authorization on the day of my appointment, instead of doing that days before my appointment. Still no response and or relief from them. I called my insurance and they are still waiting to be called by mountain valley I’m still waiting for this place to call me as they sent me an email that they will respond but nothing yet! Rec

The Prescribed Fit program working with Brittany Bradshaw has been a God send. I've lost 20-30 lbs ( maybe more) and feel healthier and better all around. My wife is following me on this journey and copying my diet and her results have been just as positive. Brittany give me so many ideas that the journey to lose the weight has become very enjoyable. We are so grateful Dr. Williams signed us up and will happily continue to work with Brittany, hopefully to we reach out desired weight. Of course I'll leave another review on my surgeries and the outcomes in the near future when all the healing is completed
