Chai Urgent Care - East Stroudsburg - Poconos

Amy was very helpful and friendly. A lot of the urgent care centers around me have terrible reviews, so I was worried but staff was great. It's between other medical centers and fairly new, so wait time was nonexistent. I filled out new patient info, was seen and treated in less than 15min. I came in for my knee that popped in and out of place and caused me to fall. I had pain but it didn't seem serious so I felt bad for bothering them but they didn't make me feel like I was coming in with a nonissue. Andrew treated me and gave me advice on what to do and what to look out for if things got worse. Would return again.

My 6 year old daughter suffered a fall from a trampoline, and hurt her back. We brought her here, and Susan and Andrew were the sweetest most attentive people we’ve met in some time in the medical field. They made us feel cared for and listened to. My daughter was taken in right away and examined thoroughly l, and everything was clean & professional. It was the best urgent care/ER visit we couldve asked for. Thank you!!!

Being on vacation they took care of me like I have known them for years. Amy and Andrew were very professional and made me feel comfortable. Andrew crossed referenced the treatment with my meds that I am currently on. I am very happy that I found them.

Excellent experience. Saw me in a timely manner, everyone was so friendly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Their portal made it easy to schedule an appointment, and made the process much faster once I arrived for the appointment. Definitely coming again

Sat on hold 45 minutes. Someone answered but it became obvious after so long I had been bounced to a hub. Instead of answering my question, a inquiry about services provided, he transferred me. So now I continue to sit on hold. I may well have rocky mountain spotted fever, a life threatening disease, presenting with a rash presently, and this is how they handle it? They cant answer a basic question in under an hour. How will they be able to perform more difficult tasks like a blood test? Clearly I need to seek care elsewhere. You should too. End result: They answered at the location after an hour and twenty minutes JUST before I was due to be kicked back to their hub. The answer to my question for testing services for tick borne disease after so long? A NO!
