Pocono Community Pharmacy II

Recently, my husband was released from the hospital and his medication was sent over to Pocono community pharmacy and it’s been a mess ever since the day he was released. I just called there and was hung up on by Brittany. This is a new medication for his heart and a blood thinner. She further stated, her system has been down since Christmas Eve the day in which he was released. We have unsuccessfully been able to obtain the medication filled somewhere else because Pocono community Pharmacy already ran it through our insurance. She started getting an attitude with me, insisting that there’s no way they ran it through. End result no heart medication or blood thinners.

A great pharmacy. They are very helpful and if you have questions they are happy to take their time and help you.

I've been using this Pharmacy for 2 years since I moved to Monroe county. They deliver within a certain mileage of their business for free. They are always friendly and easy to work with. My scripts get filled on time, there are some times I have to wait a few days for the delivery. But all in all I am happy to patronize a small business Pharmacy. They take most insurances.

Can I just tell you... I am so THANKFUL I found this pharmacy. With my health issues it's not easy to get the medications I am prescribed. I was with a larger chain pharmacy. I had problems every month with every prescription. I would call to check if my prescriptions were ready, only to find, they're out of stock and would need to place an order, I would be without my medications for days, each month. I felt like...they just didn't care. I called Pocono Comnuity Pharmacy II and inquired about transferring my prescriptions to their Pharmacy. They welcomed me and transferred everything over for me. Each month they're ready on time. They order my medications so they're in stock when it's time to refill. They make me feel like I do matter. They're professional yet always smiling, li

They had my prescription filled really fast. That's important because my last pharmacy was taken way too long and gave me attitude. Pocono Community Pharmacy was fast and staff was friendly I wish I'd have known about this place sooner it would have saved me some headaches.
