Santos primary and urgent care

I went to Santos Urgent Care on Rt 441. I have been here several times and was always pleased with their service. Today I met Adam Santos PA. What a pleasure! I went because of a medication issue and my physicians office was closed for the holidays! Adam is a blessing, he and I definitely see eye to eye on healthcare. His background, experience and education make him an excellent PA. He and the office handled my issue quickly and efficiently. Bless you Adam Santos! Billie Sweeney BS MT ASCP

Worst urgent care I've ever been to. The receptionists are extremely rude and always have an attitude when you come in. The doctor Adam clearly doesn't give a single care about his practice since he can't even be here an hour past when they open, making an ENTIRE LOBBY full of people and rooms full of patients wait on him so he can drink his coffee. They always over charge and give you an attitude while they do it. Don't waste your money here, go to literally any other urgent care and actually get treated like a human. Not to mention their rooms are absolutely filthy and everything about this office just screams "Malpractice" it's so unclean I feel like I'm gonna catch something just sitting here. Today took someone to santos urgent care. ,Dehydrated and BP low. Waited 3 hours. In the meantime nurse put in IV. No gloves, no alcohol swipe before inserting needle. No hand washing by nurse of she was a nurse and no handwadhing by Adam. I watched every moment,every patient. No handwadhing and no gloves. Adam and nurse using same computer. Adam yelled at my client when she needed another drip bag. He stuck his face in hers and yelled" your tank is empty". Cold as hell in there. Never offered more warmth. Sat her in office next door with 15 other sick patients waiting. No face masks. After waiting 3 hours I stood in doorway of room. Adam got highly offended and told me I wás rude standing there. My client said we will never come back. He said Good now get out! Grabbed IV out and threw it

Santos Primary and Urgent Care took excellent care of me. They are highly qualified medical providers. Last time I was there I was fortunate to been see by Ashley Hilger, ARNP, in their Summerfield location right off of route 441. Ashley was polite, professional and listened to my concerns and symptoms. I believe she is an extremely gifted medical provider and enjoys helping her patients. Ashley is very knowledgeable in patient diagnosis and treatment. The waiting and exam rooms are pristine and parking is easy. I am a satisfied patient of Santos Primary and Urgent Care. Adam Santos, Ashley and the entire staff are A#1 in my book.

I do not recommend this place! Went in because I was sick. Had to pay $150 up front which was fine, I figured I'd have to pay something. Then was told to come back the next day for the results which I thought was odd because most places tell you over the phone. Went on the next day & was hit with another $150 just for my results. A couple weeks later got a $250 bill in the mail for the tab testing. That is absolutely ridiculous & will not be returning. I have good insurance.
