Dr. Perez Gutierrez in SummerField, Fl is amazing. A really good doctor. Listens to you, pays attention to what you say, thoroughly examines you and thoroughly discusses plan of care and possible treatment. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good PCP. The Office staff are very helpful, friendly and proactive.
The office is clean, professional, and timely. Dr. Perez performs a more thorough physical than other physicians I have seen in FL. His exams are more comparable to those I receive in Houston at MD Anderson which is a very respected medical center.
Dr. Perez and his staff are very knowledgeable and efficient. The office visit included a thorough review of my health history, and he provided very detailed explanations of all concerns and medical plans. The office appears very clean and orderly. I would recommend this doctor to my friends and family.
The office is clean and comfortable. A receptionist is there to check you in and answer questions. Dr. Perez's assistant is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Perez will take the time to explain your results, health issues and answer questions. Dr. Perez will explain information so you can understand. I recommend this office and Doctor to anyone looking for a primary doctor.
I just had my first appointment today with Dr. Perez. I am beyond words to describe the incredible amount of satisfaction with his expertise, along with his personal medical assistant and receptionist. I have had previous doctors that rushed through and barely “touched” the “surface” of issues. But Dr. Perez, completely opposite! We talked about root issues and how to deal with them effectively to get to a place of total health and wellness. Dr. Perez set up everything needed to accomplish this. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, honest and very compassionate. I am so, so, grateful I found Dr. Perez and he was able to take me as a patient.
