What a pleasure to bring it was to bring our business to Digital Hearing Systems. First we attended the free seminar & got many questions answered. Heather presented a professional, practical, easy to understand presentation on hearing facts. We then signed up for the free hearing test. Again done quickly & very comprehensive. She fixed & calibrated my mom’s hearing aids. Cost was reasonable. Excellent service! Kayla was excellent in welcoming us, checking our insurance, & scheduling follow ups.

I'm a caregiver and took my time looking for the best place to scheduled an appointment for my 88-year-old client, who needed to update her hearing aids due to difficulty following conversations. Kayla, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable information that made it easy to move forward with booking the appointment with her office. Heather, the hearing specialist, was exceptionally honest and presented us with several options. She was so transparent that she even recommended keeping the current hearing aids and simply updating them, there were no pushy sales tactics, just genuine care and guidance. First time here. Have worn hearing aid for 21 years. Relocated to the area & needed new provider. Was lucky to answer seminar ad in newspaper. This was the most comprehensive "free" exam I've ever had. Heather is well versed on all the brands they carry. She is also a total pro in the technical aspect & physical knowledge of the ear & brain. Looking forward to my new hearing aids & client connection.

Once again I had an appointment with Kayla and Heather, as usual it was absolutely heartwarming. They are so personable and they make you feel right at home. You walk in they offer you drinks coffee water whatever it may be and they always share conversation with you like you're the best friend. The service is remarkable. I am so happy to have found these two gems. I originally received my hearing aids in Rochester NY and was not satisfied with the outcome. A hopeful appointment yesterday at Digital Hearing in Summerfield Fl was a complete success. They retested and adjusted my aids to my satisfaction. The staff is more than friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this facility.
