Sanitas Medical Center Stone Oak

This is the worst place I've ever been to for medical care. The doctors are unable to answer your questions; worse, they seem like novice doctors, which is very worrying. They don't even know how to prescribe medication, and the administrative side is terrible too: they forget to send the referral to the specialist. Honestly, I'm disappointed because it's about my family's health, and they treat it like it's nothing. They are incompetent in every way. You feel like you're going there to beg for medical attention, and they forget that we're also paying for it. The doctor just walks out of the office and is unable to face you to prescribe medication since it's clear she doesn't know what she's doing. Amazing experience with Dr . Porter . I cannot waste anymore time not acknowledging her patience . I have seen many doctors , but she is one that I truly feel is Genuine about how she cares for her patients. I am not a Walk in the park when it comes to being worried to death and she puts me at ease completely ease . The office is about 30 mins away and she is worth my gas. Praying to have a long term relationship with her! Thank you Dr. Porter

If I could give this place zero stars I would. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE all around. The doctors seem to be incapable of sending prescriptions. I've been trying to get my prescriptions for over two weeks now. I've been calling the office everyday because without the meds I need I'm nauseous and I get sick. No one is doing anything. Finally today I speak to someone who seemed to be able to actually do their job, then 30 mins later I get a call saying now I have to make a second appointment to get my medications?? Absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing experience from the moment I walked in, to the great care from the medical assistant, and the physician. I am so grateful for the exceptional care at Sanitas Medical Center in Stone Oak!
