Sanitas Medical Center

This experience has been so frustrating from start to almost finished. I had an appointment during the visit I asked for a dermatologist referral. I was told by the physician he'd do it today. That it should take 24 hours. Two days later I hasn't heard anything. I checked their portal and my insurance portal thinking it was needing to be approved. I saw no referral on either. I called their customer service who told me it should take up to 48 hours. So I checked the next day and still nothing. I called back and they said give it 5 days. I asked what was the hold up. They rep said it was pending review. Which I couldn't understand cause it was for something they couldn't address. I asked for the actual office people. The rep said they handled all the calls.
