San Ysidro Health Urgent Care

Just got discharged from here after not being able to see my new PCP and I just wanna say the doctor and nurses are so sweet. They’re kind and they’re very informative. There’s a social worker here too. Thank you to the staff here

Absolutely disgusted from the extreme levels of hate from the security guard and female receptionists noon Nov 19, 2025. Your jobs are gone. Boomerang. There's no care in hate. Repent. Jesus is Lord.

Had me waiting 3 hours in the room after checking in. Billed me through my old insurance instead of new one that I provided them with. (No clue on how they got my old insurance.) Also billed my old insurance for the medication making it more difficult for me to get. They prescribed me with a yeast infection cream when I clearly came in for a UTI infection. Only been to them twice. The first time was amazing and they helped me out for the same reason having a UTI giving me the proper medication and billing me with my new insurance but this time they're in the room with all of the other nurses waiting to close and go home for the day. Just for a simple UTI, I'm done. Thanks so much.

I went in today, the 2 young lady’s that were are receptionists were laughing being so rude to older people just because they couldn’t hear her, also talking in Spanish saying a lot of bad things things so unprofessional, I end up leaving this urgent care.

The level of care from the professionals here is absolute. From the moment I arrived to when I was seen out. The warmth and reassurance were exactly what I needed to feel better in an urgent healthcare situation. Thank y'all so much truly appreciated
