San Pedro Manor

My first time there visiting and everyone was helpful from me signing in to getting to my room where my friend was they call me Dino short for (Dionicio) and they call him Tony short (Dionicio) go figure lol!

I was invited to the Veterans Day BBQ for the residents by Chadni the Activities Director. One of the residents hugged me and was happy to see me, that made me feels so special. I went upstairs to second floor where the other Veteran residents were. It was a joy to see them enjoy their day and their meal.

This place is a joke the elderly Hispanic receptionist is very rude. I witness her talk to the patient and customer rude and has a bad attitude. She needs to b fired. I will report this to the corporate This place needs to b investigated immediately. Abuse should not be tolerated. As well as gossiping about patients. The receptionist and the social worker that are there now needs to b terminated

The receptionist and staff were very warm and welcoming. The person I was visiting seemed very comfortable and had nothing but praise for her stay at this location. The manor is also very welcoming, thank you!

I've used several facilities in the past for inpatient respite care for my dad and I have to say San Pedro Manor has been hands down one of the best. Numerous times we would have to request rehab after he return from his stay at previous facilities due to them leaving him in his bed his entire stay. However, that was not the case with San Pedro Manor. My father left the way he came, ambulatory!
